To fully implement the focused enterprise "Service Package" system and enhance the precision, targeting, and effectiveness of the service housekeepers in serving enterprises, and to effectively promote the service housekeepers' engagement with, care for, and support of enterprises, on March 19, Yangpu District organized a specialized business training for all district service housekeepers. Over a hundred service housekeepers from the district investment promotion center, various sub-centers, technology parks, streets, and relevant district-owned enterprises participated in the training.

The meeting began with a report on the implementation of the 2023 focused enterprise "Service Package" work. In 2023, Yangpu District focused on industry leaders, specialized and innovative enterprises, unicorns, and "little giants" among the 1,110 "Service Package" enterprises, implementing targeted services, matching service housekeepers one-on-one, closely tracking visits, and combining the district's unique Chief Service Officer system to build a "multi-layered, responsive, and efficient" enterprise service system.

The meeting conveyed the latest requirements and 2024 work deployment for the "Service Package" work from city and district leaders. Recently, during inspections of BILIBILI and Henkel China, Municipal Party Secretary Chen Jining emphasized the need to implement more concrete measures to advance the focused enterprise “Service Package” system and to create a market-oriented, law-based, and international top-tier business environment. In 2024, Yangpu District will prioritize the focused enterprise “Service Package” as one of the district government’s key initiatives, aiming to expand the scope of services to enterprises, optimize the construction of service teams, and promote the upgrade of service systems. It will firmly utilize the service housekeepers as a crucial means, incorporating more street jurisdiction service forces, and comprehensively manage, train, and assess service housekeepers to enhance service quality.

The meeting also detailed the “Service Package” specialized window platform and the service housekeeper work module operation guide, providing face-to-face training through on-site demonstrations for all service housekeepers and addressing their various inquiries.

Next, Yangpu District will follow the latest work prompts and requirements from the city’s “Service Package” leading department, continuously advance the consolidation of policy essentials and public service projects, build a higher-level service housekeeper team, process enterprise demands with high quality, continually elevate service housekeepers' awareness and service levels, and fully showcase regional characteristics. It will integrate and promote the Chief Service Officer system and the “Service Package” work, striving to create the brand of “the warmest district for business environment.”
