As the Spring Festival approaches, Changhai Subdistrict Office's neighborhood Party building brand project – the "Two Enterprises and Three New Industries" New Year welcoming series of activities has once again kicked off wonderfully. In Party and Public Service Stations across the Subdistrict Office's blocks, parks, and buildings, lively and unique Snake Year Spring Festival welcoming activities are in full swing, delivering New Year blessings to enterprises and creating a strong festive atmosphere. The "Cozy Bookstore" was bustling with people, all racking their brains to guess riddles and win small gifts; adults and children alike were actively making New Year paper-cutting handicrafts and interlocking puzzles; and professional calligraphy teachers were writing Spring Festival couplets and the Chinese character "Fu" (good fortune/blessing) for everyone. Youngsters couldn't resist trying their hand at writing "Fu" characters themselves, expressing their hopes and blessings for family and friends. In the Organizational Life Room, everyone first participated in collective learning through a traditional item – a video micro-Party lecture. The game "Quick Eyes and Nimble Hands Bring Good Luck" then unfolded enthusiastically. Cheers and applause resounded throughout the venue as everyone recorded the joyful moments with pictures and videos. Coming to the shared dining bar, children, under the guidance of their parents, skillfully prepared fillings and kneaded dough. Everyone cooked dumplings together and tasted the fruits of their labor. Eating dumplings, guessing lantern riddles, chatting about everyday life… laughter and cheerful voices gathered together, and warm New Year blessings echoed in the stations for a long time.

The Organizational Life Room is filled with a strong New Year atmosphere. Everyone found their favorite "program". Some were writing New Year calendars and "Fu" characters under the guidance of professional calligraphy teachers; handmade stencil prints and "Good Persimmons for Continuous Good Luck" for the New Year were irresistible; and "New Year Good Luck Rolling In" made everyone eager to try their luck. In simple yet meaningful activities, everyone on-site personally felt the unique charm and rich connotation of excellent Chinese traditional culture, and the atmosphere was harmonious and joyful.

In the "Who Doesn't Say My Hometown is Good" session, everyone enthusiastically chatted about the characteristics and beauty of their hometowns, expressing their good expectations for reunions and jointly discussing the ever-changing changes in the People's City. The subsequent interactive sessions embodied the Chinese spirit: everyone told their New Year blessing wishes to the professional calligraphy teacher, asking him to write couplets and "Fu" characters for them; in the Pitch-Pot game, everyone coordinated their hands and eyes, moving their hearts at will and showing their agility; the "Lucky Snake Welcoming the New Year" handicraft also demonstrated their ingenuity.

The fancy rope skipping show, strongly supported by the Party Branch of Shanghai Jianqiu and Rope Skipping Association and the Party Branch of Shanghai Yuedong Culture Technology Co., Ltd., hyped up the whole venue. In the lobby on the first floor of the park's Party and Public Service Station, professional calligraphy teachers and "little calligrapher" students were writing Spring Festival couplets and sending "Fu" characters to park enterprises and white-collar workers, and the scene was crowded with people. The interactions in the conference room on the fifth floor were equally exciting: six people in a group, collaborating according to picture cards to pose in specific postures to complete "Working Together to Welcome the New Year"; correctly and quickly reading the colored text on the prompt board according to the actual color to win in "Wish Come True Red Yellow Blue"; firework twist sticks and good "persimmon" pendants made everyone couldn't help but try their skills.
