In response to the situation discovered during supervision that "innovation and entrepreneurship vouchers" had single publicity methods and low enterprise awareness, the DI-SCC urged the District Science and Technology and Economy Committee to transform from "passive" to "active." By establishing WeChat groups and other methods, it promptly grasped the effect of policy publicity and enterprise feedback. Currently, a community network covering more than 750 enterprises and 600 institutions has been established, with an application amount of 11.6 million yuan. In the supervision of the "one district, one key focus" Neijiang big-panel house renovation project, the District DI-SCC specifically established a work promotion team, forming a working pattern of "principal leader of the DI-SCC taking charge of promotion + Party Conduct and Work Style Office taking the lead + office-group coordination + main responsibility of the group DI-SCC + territorial responsibility of the Subdistrict Office Discipline Inspection Working Committee." In response to the issues strongly reflected by resident representatives, such as unsatisfactory floors of replacement housing and older housing age, the DI-SCC promoted the District Complete Renovation Office to actively connect upwards, strive for policies, and optimize plans, increasing the number of replacement housing units from 90 to 170, and introducing monetary compensation as a bottom line for the first time.
