On the morning of November 29, Ming Yi, Vice Chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, visited the Kailu Subdistrict in Yinxing Street as part of the "Five-Year Anniversary of the Peoples City 'Four Hundreds' Grassroots Visits" and the "Frontline Work Method" focused campaign. The purpose of the visit was to research the full coverage of party organization systems in emerging fields. Qiuhong, Secretary of the Subdistrict Party Working Committee and Director of the People's Congress Working Committee, accompanied the research.

Ming Yi visited various sites, including the Kailu Subdistrict grid stations, the Rider-Friendly Community, and the Kangaroo Baby Home. During the visit, he attentively listened to the report on the work of the special team for the full coverage of the party organization system in emerging fields, and had an in-depth conversation with the director of the Service Center for Party & Mass Affairs and the Party Branch Secretary of Kailu Subdistrict. Ming Yi learned about the construction of subdistrict branches and the operation of party-mass platforms. He fully recognized the innovative practices in the development of party building in emerging fields in Yinxing and put forward three points for continuing to ensure full coverage.

First, focus on small but precise entry points to continue in-depth efforts and summarize experiences. Efforts must be made to further extend the reach of Party-building work by focusing on newly employed groups such as small and micro enterprises, self-employed individuals, and specialized markets, delivery riders, and caregivers. Resources and efforts from neighborhoods and community grids should be integrated to resolve challenging issues effectively within these networks. Additionally, the methods of engaging with the public should be refined, including enhancing training for neighborhood secretaries, increasing the frequency of outreach and visits, and maximizing the political, governance, and service functions of Party organizations.

Second, adapt to changing times by innovating methods and providing precise services. The methods and approaches for party building in emerging fields should be continuously expanded. It is crucial to accurately grasp the essence of party organizations in uniting, educating, and motivating people. It is essential to integrate services into various functions, providing more precise services to unite and bring together various groups in emerging sectors, and steadily advancing the comprehensive coverage of Party-building efforts in these emerging fields.

Third, under the guidance of the "Four Everyone" principleeveryone participates, everyone takes responsibility, everyone contributes, and everyone sharesresources should be interconnected, and governance should be advanced. It is essential to strengthen the Party-building bond by leveraging the regional Party-building alliances to connect various resources. It is essential to leverage the role of grid-based platforms to organize a variety of activities, effectively and promptly convey the Party's voice, create a positive community atmosphere, foster harmonious interpersonal relationships, and continuously strengthen the community of the "Four Everyone" urban governance model.
