To fully implement the concept of a People’s City and to be at the forefront in creating the best practices for a People’s City, efforts must be made to take concrete actions. This includes actively practicing the mass line of the new era, promoting the fine tradition of the "Engaging Four Practices by Going down to the Grassroots," and striving to write an outstanding chapter of "People First" in Yangpu. Recently, Zhou Rong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, visited the Liaoyuan Service Center for Party & Mass Affairs at Jiangpu Road Subdistrict to carry out a focused campaign on the "Frontline Work Method" and provide guidance on the related tasks.

Zhou Rong listened attentively to the annual Party building work report from the subdistrict, and gained an in-depth understanding of the subdistrict's efforts in Party-led grassroots governance, the full coverage of the Party’s organizational system, and the construction of various cadres. He also examined the daily operations of the Liaoyuan Street Party branch, the comprehensive environmental upgrade of the Wuhuan Liaoyuan Huayuan community, and the safety management of key areas within the jurisdiction. Zhou Rong engaged in friendly conversations with representatives of the street Party branch and resident community, attentively listening to their experiences and insights regarding the street service and business contact, as well as the collaborative governance between the interior and exterior of the community.

Zhou Rong pointed out that Jiangpu, as a pioneer in the full coverage of the Party’s organizational system, has achieved certain results. However, there is still a need for deeper reflection and active exploration on how to continuously expand and deepen the coverage work in future tasks, ensuring long-term and sustainable progress.

Zhou Rong emphasized that at the turn of the year, the Subdistrict Party Working Committee must closely align with the practical outcomes of annual work, thoroughly summarize valuable experiences, refine effective practices, and continue to uphold the safety bottom line. At the same time, with a long-term perspective, it should prioritize implementing grassroots burden reduction, advancing the "multi-grid integration" model, and strengthening cadre development as key tasks for 2025. These efforts must be planned scientifically and deployed meticulously to ensure clear objectives and effective measures. Through concrete actions, the work can be elevated to new heights, contributing "Jiangpu’s new practices" to the "Yangpu Model of a People’s City."
