Recently, the Yangpu Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau held the “Young Sail Along the Riverside, Safeguarding Development” Five-Year Anniversary of the People’s City Theme Practice Event and Yangpu Public Security’s “Net Bridge Initiative” Police-Enterprise Co-Construction Activity at the Shanghai People’s City Practice Exhibition Hall along Yangpu Riverside.

Leaders from the Cybersecurity Division of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, the District Cyberspace Administration Office, and the Yangpu Branch of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau, as well as representatives from 10 online platforms, including Douyin, Dewu, Papergames, and Oray, were invited to attend the event. During the event, the Cybersecurity Police Offices of Douyin, Dewu, Papergames, and Oray were officially inaugurated. Yangpu Public Security reaffirmed its commitment to the “People’s City” philosophy by enhancing collaboration mechanisms and intensifying efforts in enterprise support, communication, and coordination.

During this period, 25 enterprise-related cases were resolved, 850 system vulnerabilities and risks were rectified under guidance, and over 1 million pieces of harmful information were removed. Additionally, 12 convenience and business-friendly measures related to population and traffic management were introduced, providing robust support for the development of the regional digital economy.

A Meituan representative highlighted that the Yangpu Public Security Bureau, guided by the “Net Bridge Initiative,” has proactively understood enterprise operations and needs, employing multiple measures to ensure a secure and supportive business environment.

Meituan will continue to deepen police-enterprise cooperation and enhance safety and production management standards.

Looking ahead, the Yangpu Public Security Bureau will leverage the “Net Bridge Initiative” and the establishment of Cybersecurity Police Offices to further enhance its capabilities in network security management, risk mitigation, and service improvements for enterprises and residents. These efforts aim to foster a safer and more business-friendly environment in the district.
