Qin Liping, Standing Committee Member of the District Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, Visits Jiangpu Road Subdistrict as part of the "Five-Year Anniversary of the People’s City 'Four Hundreds' Grassroots Visits" and the "Frontline Work Method" focused campaign December 31,2024

In order to fully implement the concept of a People's City, solidly walk the new era mass line, and promote the excellent style of "Engaging Four Practices by Going down to the Grassroots," Qin Liping, Standing Committee Member of the District Committee and Director of the Organization Department, recently visited the Liaoyuan Service Center for Party & Mass Affairs in Jiangpu Road Subdistrict to carry out the "Frontline Work Method" focused campaign. She engaged with the grassroots to listen to public opinions, solve people's concerns, and gather collective wisdom.

Qin Liping received a report on the implementation of the Party's strict governance responsibility for 2024 from the street, focusing on understanding the overall work situation of the street's "multi-grid integration" initiative, the full coverage of Party branches in the Liaoyuan community, and the progress of the shared parking system in the underground parking garage of the Liaoyuan Service Center for Party & Mass Affairs. She also had in-depth discussions with relevant department heads from the street, representatives from the Party branches, and residents of Hengyang Residential Area, offering guidance on the difficulties encountered in advancing the work.

Qin Liping fully affirmed the achievements in comprehensive strict governance of the Party, full coverage, and shared parking, among other areas. Regarding the next steps, she emphasized:

Focusing on maintaining strict governance of the Party without relaxation, the key priorities are:   1. Prioritize political development: Elevate political construction to the forefront and advance the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party to deeper levels. Make learning and education a significant political task, ensuring the implementation of mandated actions while innovating self-selected initiatives. 2. Adhere to a strict tone: Leadership team members must earnestly fulfill their "dual responsibilities for one position" by taking responsibility for Party governance in their respective departments and areas of oversight. 3. Strengthen accountability and demonstrate commitment: Motivate cadres to take responsibility and strive for excellence by using quantifiable indicators to reward performance, guiding them to pursue innovation and development with a correct view of political achievements. 4. Safeguard safety and establish the bottom line: At the turn of the year, focus on ensuring ideological security, maintaining the integrity of disciplinary boundaries, and community safety. Conduct thorough safety hazard inspections and resolutely eliminate all types of risks.

Regarding full coverage work, Jiangpu Subdistrict, as a pilot area, has always been at the forefront. The key priorities are: 1. Insist on regular and sustainable visits and communications, continuously ask for the people's needs and advice, and solidify the foundation; 2. strengthen the management and service of mobile Party members, ensuring they can find and integrate into the organization; 3. promote the in-depth development of the "multi-grid integration" work, fully utilizing public service infrastructure, combining the Service Center for Party & Mass Affairs with various major centers, and providing more effective services to the people; 4. Achieve a shift from "one-way service" to "two-way interaction" by guiding new employment groups to actively participate in grassroots governance through service, care, mobilization, and engagement.

Regarding the shared parking initiative, the focus must always be on addressing the practical challenges faced by residents. This involves thoroughly tapping into potential resources, continuously exploring solutions, and balancing residents' demands with real-world constraints. Therefore, the greatest common ground for resolving these issues can be found.
