Celebrating the Fifth Anniversary of the People's City Concept: Realizing "Two-Way Commitment" between the Government and Enterprises - The Debut of "Yangpu Tong", Our District's First "GOVERNMENT ONLINE-OFFLINE SHANGHAI" IP Image August 22,2024
As we celebrate the fifth anniversary of the People's City concept this year, Yangpu, as the district where it was first proposed, has witnessed booming digital economy development and vibrant urban life. Let's feel this increasingly "YOUNG" people's city together...
On the afternoon of August 20, the event "Building the Warmest Business Environment with the Warmest Government Services - 'Suishenban' Enterprise Cloud Service Experience Day (Yangpu Special)" was held at Yangpu Riverside. Relevant departments from the city and district as well as over 30 well-known enterprises in the district gathered to explore how to better leverage digital technology to empower enterprise development and promote Yangpu's business environment towards being the "warmest".
During the event, the city's Big Data Center, the district's Data Bureau, and the General Office of the Municipal Government's Government Service Department jointly unveiled "Yangpu Tong", our district's first "GOVERNMENT ONLINE-OFFLINE SHANGHAI" IP image.
Making its debut, the lively and adorable "Yangpu Tong" attracted the attention of many enterprise representatives present. Reportedly, this "GOVERNMENT ONLINE-OFFLINE SHANGHAI" IP image is based on a sheep, representing warmth and vitality while conveying a sense of innovation, passion, and reliability. Its overall design integrates the three clouds of "Suishenban", as well as Yangpu's iconic landmarks - Yangpu Bridge and Yangpu Riverside, effectively showcasing our district's cultural heritage and characteristics. It holds great significance in enhancing the image and brand recognition of Yangpu's government services.
"Through such a highly identifiable and affable personified image, we hope to bridge the distance between the government and enterprises, allowing enterprises to truly feel the warmth and companionship of Yangpu's 'GOVERNMENT ONLINE-OFFLINE SHANGHAI' services during their development process," said Yang Futao, Party Secretary and Director of the district's Data Bureau.
This year marks the fifth anniversary of the People's City concept. As the district where it was first proposed, Yangpu has adhered to the blueprint, developing new quality productive forces based on local conditions. The business environment has continued to improve, and the digital economy is flourishing. The former "Yangshupu" is rapidly transforming into an innovation-driven "Yang 'Shu' Pu".
"Suishenban" Enterprise Cloud, meticulously developed by the Shanghai Big Data Center, is a key tool for the district's Data Bureau to implement the People's City concept, deepen the "streamline administration, delegate power, and improve services" reform, and optimize the business environment. It aims to provide enterprises with comprehensive, one-stop government service experiences, enabling enterprises to enjoy policy benefits while feeling the warmth and speed of government services.
At the event site, the two "GOVERNMENT ONLINE-OFFLINE SHANGHAI" IP images from the city and district caught everyone's attention as "recommenders". Through vivid and interesting images and easy-to-understand language, they comprehensively showcased the features of the "Suishenban" Enterprise Cloud platform and Yangpu's flagship store to the guests and enterprise representatives.
We learned that since the launch of the "Suishenban" Enterprise Cloud, more and more of Yangpu's unique enterprise services have moved from offline to online, and from the web to mobile. According to a relevant person in charge from the district's Big Data Center, Yangpu's flagship store on the "Suishenban" Enterprise Cloud has already launched a series of popular applications such as Chief Service Officers, Entrepreneurship Maps, Material Banks, and Yue "Young" Studios. These pioneering and distinctive services have taken root and blossomed in our district, further enriching the development ecosystem for enterprises.
On that day, staff from various departments in our district also set up "stalls", providing enterprises with visualized, three-dimensional, immersive, and experiential policy interpretation and service explanations through electronic devices, display boards, and other methods.
Enterprises have the most say in whether the services are effective. During the enterprise representative speech session, representatives from three enterprises in the district took turns to share their firsthand experiences and feelings of using the "Suishenban" Enterprise Cloud services. They also offered valuable opinions and suggestions on digital government construction and data-empowered government services.
Xiong Wen, one of the enterprise representatives, highly praised the enterprise benefit and convenience services on the "Suishenban" Enterprise Cloud. He said, "For common enterprise matters such as tax applications, social security payments, and project approvals, the platform provides detailed guides and one-click operations, truly realizing 'letting data run more and enterprises run less'."
At the end of the event, enterprises raised key questions and inquired about enterprise benefit policies in areas such as policy services, entrepreneurship, tax applications, and enterprise "service packages". The persons in charge from relevant departments in the district listened attentively and provided on-site solutions, services, and good suggestions for the enterprises, genuinely achieving "enterprises have demands, we have responses". This face-to-face "heart-to-heart talk" allowed the participating enterprises to tangibly experience the government's "sincerity" in serving enterprises and filled them with confidence in their future development.
On the steady path of continuously optimizing the business environment, the two-way "commitment" of the government and enterprises is needed. Qiao Kan, Director of the district's Big Data Center and the district's Government Service Center, stated that next, the district's Data Bureau will focus on optimizing service processes, enhancing multi-terminal service experiences, and strengthening data-empowered applications to fully build Yangpu's "warmest" business environment. At the same time, it will actively innovate in improving the warmth of services for the people, increasing the speed of enterprise benefit services, and expanding the breadth of matrix services, making Yangpu's government services the strongest "magnetic field", the brightest "business card", and the best "signboard" for the district's high-quality economic and social development.
