At the just-concluded 2024 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, the "Xunzhi Intelligent Agent Application Technology Center" project of Yangpu District was selected for the key project signing at the closing ceremony.

Shanghai Xunzhi Qianxun Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. settled in Yangpu this year. It is a company focusing on self-developed vertical field professional models and AI applications. In 2017, the company released the first-generation intelligent agent product "Xunzhi Intelligent Recommendation Card," obtained global technology patents, and has now become the most important intelligent search function of e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, JD.com, and Pinduoduo. The second-generation intelligent agent product "Xunzhi Scenario Intelligent Card" released in 2020 includes a series of intelligent scenarios such as hot news, takeout recommendations, and live streaming price comparisons, helping mobile phone manufacturers improve the AI capabilities of operating systems and provide a good user experience. The third-generation intelligent agent product "Xunzhi Qianxun Intelligent Agent" released in 2022 deeply cooperates with mobile phone manufacturers such as Samsung, Huawei, OPPO, and Honor, and e-commerce platforms such as Taobao and JD.com, providing intelligent buyer services for mobile phone users. As of May 2024, it has covered more than 280 million users, and "Xunzhi Qianxun" has become one of the world's largest intelligent agents.

Li Zhiyou takes the e-commerce industry as an example. "Using a 100 billion-parameter model to infer users' transaction needs, except for extremely complex needs that account for less than 10%, the vast majority of needs are inferred using a hundred billion -parameter model, which is very costly, but creates very low social value." After a series of algorithmic engineering product business iterations, in 2020, the company initially envisioned a deep neural network structure based on a task reward mechanism, replacing the attention mechanism with a task mechanism (Mission Card Mixin Card technology) for the first time, and used this as the basis to build the Xunzhi large model and Xunzhi intelligent agent.

In 2023, this technology was first launched on Samsung's system-level product "Samsung Life Assistant," achieving amazing and inspiring results: through A/B testing, compared to the method of recommending products through user tag-based precision marketing, the order conversion efficiency of the buyer agent of the Xunzhi intelligent agent increased by more than several times. Not only that, the product usage rate of highly active users increased by more than 10 times, greatly enhancing the user experience.

Li Zhiyou said, "This year, we deeply cooperate with mobile phone manufacturers such as Samsung, Huawei, OPPO, and Honor, changing 'pushing products' for marketing purposes into 'providing products' based on user needs, covering nearly 400 million users, and providing 'intelligent buyer' services to millions of users every day." Under such a business model operation, the company centers on user needs understanding, greatly improves the conversion efficiency of the product transaction process, and achieves a win-win situation of user satisfaction and merchant satisfaction.
