Recently, a policy promotion meeting for Shanghai Quantum City Space-Time Innovation Base took place at 130 Gongqing Road on Fuxing Island. The event aimed to support enterprises and project teams from the "Shanghai Digital Camp" interested in moving into the base, offering comprehensive solutions for site access, business registration, innovation support, and ancillary services.

At the meeting, the Yangpu Development and Reform Commission, the Yangpu Talent Affairs Bureau, the Yangpu Science, Technology and Economy Commission, the Yangpu Planning and Resources Bureau, the Yangpu Data Bureau, the Office of the Cyberspace Affairs Commission of the CPC Yangpu District Committee, the Yangpu Investment Promotion Center, and Shanghai Yangpu Binjiang Investment and Development Group, introduced policies related to industrial development, innovation support, talent services, investment attraction, and data compliance, as well as the special policies for the Shanghai Quantum City Space-Time Innovation Base. Representatives from the "Shanghai Digital Camp" exchanged views fully and visited the Incubation Platform, Shipyard Park, and 130 Talent Apartment.

The representatives highlighted Fuxing Island's strategic importance as the core space for the Shanghai Quantum City Space-Time Innovation Base, noting its attractive environment and geographical advantages. The island will focus on building the Shanghai Digital Intelligent Incubation Base, the Shanghai Design Art Creation Base, and the Shanghai People's City Practice Base. Guided by the people's city concept, Fuxing Island will become a global leader in "quantum" governance for mega-cities through the construction of the Shanghai Quantum City Space-Time Innovation Base.
