Recently, the Yangpu Housing Security Center (YHSC) initiated a special seminar on "CCB Jianrong Jiayuan's Affordable Rental Housing Section and Yiqizu Service Introduction". The seminar was organized by Shanghai Jianxin Housing Services Co., Ltd. (JHS) and China Construction Bank (CCB) Yangpu Sub-branch, with the participation of local affordable rental housing operators. The promotional event highlighted the progress and platform services of the rental housing section built by CCB, aiming to create a broader promotional platform for affordable rental housing operators in Yangpu. It also enables residents to learn more about affordable rental housing projects in Yangpu, thereby serving more new residents and young people.

At the seminar, JHS comprehensively introduced the system function of the affordable rental housing section, its current construction status and attraction of users. Online, resources are allocated on the "CCB Jianrong Jiayuan" APP, mobile banking and CCB Life platforms. Offline, "Yiqizu" offers personalized rental services to employees, effectively drawing corporate clients. The section also features user-friendly search functions such as map-based and commute-based housing searches, catering to diverse user needs.

In the interactive session, affordable rental housing operators inquired about business collaboration, project launch, contract signing and other cooperation matters. Many showed keen interest in both the online platform and the offline "Yiqizu" service. They agreed that the seminar created a new promotional platform and bolstered their commitment to the rental housing sector. A head of YHSC and the manager of CCB Yangpu Sub-branch exchanged views on the current customer base for rental housing, project promotion platforms and the strategy for leveraging internal and external resources to support affordable rental housing projects. The head of YHSC hoped that CCB would seize this opportunity to intensify financial investment in housing security, strive for more resources, and contribute to the high-quality development of affordable rental housing projects in Yangpu.
