This year marks the fifth anniversary of the concept of people's city. Yangpu is exploring new practices of the people's city and striving to create a talent belt. The scientist community is deeply committed to the concept of people's city recognizing that science and technology as the primary productive forces, talents as the primary resource and innovation as the primary driving force. It upholds the development principles of "unbounded innovation and enjoyment, ecological symbiosis and a homely welcome for talents", and actively pursues an innovation-driven development strategy to enhance the regional innovation ecosystem, leveraging top talents to promote high-quality development and create a new engine for economic and social development.

Talent Services, Prime Location

Focused on serving members of the two academies, chief scientists and other strategic talents, the scientist community also extends its reach to high-level professionals in key sectors and the new online economy, aiming to build a talent hub. Situated in the southern waterfront area of Yangpu Riverside, next to Subway Line 18, the project features a modern L-shaped structure with 2 basement levels and 16 above-ground floors, adorned with a stylish facade and a garden terrace.

Spanning an area of 5,867 square meters, the project boasts a total floor area of approximately 22,000 square meters, with the above-ground portion measuring about 13,800 square meters. This includes around 12,000 square meters dedicated to rental housing, comprising 286 units, and a public supporting area of 1,430 square meters. The underground area covers about 8,500 square meters, providing over 150 parking spots.
