On March 6, the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Yangpu District (YBHRSS) organized Leye Shanghai 2019 Yangpu "Spring Breeze Action" & Daqiao Sub-district "Chuanggu Leye Space" Job Fair in association with the Party Work Committee and Office of Daqiao Sub-district, to build a targeted employment platform for new-generation job seekers coming to Shanghai, community youth and enterprises urgently needing labor. Present were Li Jin'gang, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Yangpu District Committee, Director General and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of YBHRSS; Liu Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Work Committee and Director of Daqiao Sub-district; and other leaders.

At the opening ceremony, relevant leaders of YBHRSS and Daqiao Sub-district visited and inquired about the settlement of the new brand "Leye Space" in Daqiao Sub-district and its operation effects. "Chuanggu Leye Space" in Daqiao Sub-district focuses on the geographical and brand advantage of Changyang Campus, regularly provides policy sharing, Leye service and other services, creates a new driving force and a new leverage for community employment, and meets the increasingly diversified employment needs of community job seekers.

In the event, "Chuanggu Leye Space" of Daqiao Sub-district and the district employment service platform "Xiong Xiaoyan Occupational Guidance and Technician Innovation Studio" entered into a co-building agreement. Under the agreement, the two sides will make in-depth exchange on and conduct exploration of future local employment in such aspects as business penetration, resource integration and advantage sharing. The representative of Shanghai Hongsen Industry Co., Ltd. presented letters of appointment to the young people recruited in district-sub-district mini interviews, and pledged to offer jobs to Yangpu in the future.

The 1st "Leye Space" Chain Employment Service Presentation organized by Xiong Xiaoyan Occupational Guidance and Technician Innovation Studio took place concurrently with "Spring Breeze Action" & Daqiao Sub-district "Chuanggu Leye Space" Job Fair.

With focus on the theme of "Promoting transfer employment, boosting poverty alleviation", the job fair brought together 40 employers, offered more than 1,000 jobs and attracted more than 320 job seekers who submitted more than 284 resumes and 176 reached initial employment intents.

To give further play to the platform function of the job fair and improve the success rate of job matching, on the basis of refined service and investigation, relevant business departments visited a lot of job seekers coming to Shanghai, especially impoverished laborers from employment collaboration areas at the early stage of the job fair, grasped employment needs, tapped corporate resources, conducted extensive early promotion through new media and provided laborers with all-round employment services through new media warm-up. Six consulting points were set up on the site of the job fair to answer applicants' doubts. The points covered labor supervision and work-related injury policy consultation, employment consultation for job seekers coming to Shanghai, Chuanggu Leye Space, business start guidance and employment service.

YBHRSS will exert the power of Yangpu's employment service team, continue to follow up the employment situation of applicants, guide enterprises in offering more good jobs, give further play to the brand effect of "Spring Breeze Action", and provide better employment and startup services to job seekers and young people in Yangpu.
