This afternoon (September 18), the unveiling and signing ceremony of the Urban Spiritual Realm Scenario Innovation Center was held at Changyang Campus. In his speech, Liu Jinyuan stated that Yangpu District has always adhered to the concept of "integration of three zones and coordinated development," and through district-university collaboration and coordinated development, it has improved and upgraded the district-university collaboration mechanism and accelerated the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation and industrial landing. With the joint efforts of both the district and the university, Yangpu and Tongji have become a close innovation community, governance community, and party building community. The landing of the "Urban Spiritual Realm Scenario Innovation Center," jointly built by Tongji Digital City Research Institute and Huawei Cloud in Yangpu, will guide the district, university, and enterprise to "strengthen the innovation source function and focus on developing new quality productive forces," deepen the multi-party collaboration of government, industry, academia, research, and application, accelerate the high-quality transformation of innovation achievements, and jointly build the city's data intelligence foundation. Together, we will explore the trend direction and practical path of urban-wide digital transformation, create diverse intelligent city-level innovation scenarios and an open and shared digital industry ecosystem, and establish a sustainable talent cultivation and technology innovation incubation platform.

In his speech, Guo Yiyu said that Yangpu District is one of the first national and the first in Shanghai "Science and Technology Innovation China" pilot urban areas, with rich science and technology innovation resources and a strong atmosphere of science and technology innovation. Huawei and Yangpu have long had close ties and harmonious collaboration. The signing and completion of the Urban Spiritual Realm Scenario Innovation Center is not only a fruitful result of strategic collaboration but also a testament to the deep friendship between the two sides. Huawei and Tongji University have joined hands to build the "Urban Spiritual Realm Scenario Innovation Center," aiming to provide customers, partners, and developers with a stable, reliable, safe, credible, and sustainable innovation service system and digital technology support, accelerating the intelligent upgrading of urban-wide digitalization. Huawei will rely on its more than 30 years of root technology accumulation in the ICT field and its innovation exploration in cloud computing, 5G, big data, and other fields to accelerate the construction of data element innovation scenarios based on a spatio-temporal unified map, helping Yangpu District become a benchmark for innovation-oriented digital reform.

At the event site, Liu Jinyuan awarded the "Yangpu District Intelligent Cloud Service Provider" certificates to four enterprises, including Huawei Cloud, UCloud, Qianxun SI, and Agora. Eight enterprises, including Huawei Cloud, Shanghai Information Investment, iSESOL, China Mobile Information, Post and Telecommunication Design Institute, Shanghai Telecom, Shanghai Mobile, and Shanghai Unicom, were awarded the title of "Digital Diagnosis and Transformation Service Provider." Hu Yuhai, Vice President of Huawei Hybrid Cloud, delivered a keynote speech. Yangpu District, Shanghai Telecom, and Huawei jointly signed the "Collaboration Framework Agreement on Jointly Building Yangpu District Data Intelligence Foundation."
