With the Yangchuang incubation system as the foundation, relying on the Shanghai Technology Exchange, financial services, and other functional platforms, the digital cultural creativity industry ecosystem base built by Yangpu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center has now taken initial shape.

Recently, the Shanghai Technology Exchange was officially authorized as the Yangpu District Copyright Service Work Point. As the Yangpu Copyright Service Point and the service institution of the Shanghai Technology Exchange, the Yangchuang Digital Cultural Creativity-Micro Short Drama Industry Base provides financial services and one-stop copyright services, offering enterprises one-stop services for copyright registration, valuation, and transaction. At the same time, the base will organize activities to establish a long-term creation support mechanism to build a script creation platform, carry out activities in various forms, build an information communication and exchange platform, promote copyright collaboration, work dissemination, and copyright transformation, and cultivate high-quality talents in various links of the short drama creation, production, investment, and other industry chains.

To further deeply tap and fully leverage Yangpu District's agglomeration advantages in the online new economy industry field, actively respond to the national development strategy of promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the cultural creativity industry, under the guidance of the Propaganda Department of Yangpu District Committee, on October 14, the Yangpu District Copyright Registration Business Training Activity, hosted by the Digital Cultural Creativity (Micro Short Drama) Industry Base, Shanghai Technology Exchange, Yangpu District Copyright Work Station (Shanghai Intellectual Property Park), and co-organized by the Shanghai Yangpu District Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Association, was successfully held!

Zhang Ke, Assistant Secretary-General of the Copyright Association of Shanghai, focused on the interpretation of copyright registration policies and practical operations, shared the latest developments in the field of copyright protection, and focused on introducing relevant theoretical knowledge of copyright registration and relevant issues in practical operations.

Li Yang, Deputy Director of the Trading Department of the Shanghai Technology Exchange, focused on explaining the scope of copyright transactions, transaction method processes, and relevant services provided by the exchange in copyright settlement, deposit, finance, and other aspects from the perspective of the trading location.

This activity was the first practice of the Digital Cultural Creativity (Micro Short Drama) Industry Base in jointly building an information communication platform with multiple parties.
