Yu Yang, male, born in May 1972, Han nationality, native of Suqian, Jiangsu Province, CPC member. He began to work in July 1991. He graduated from the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC with a master’s degree. Currently, he serves as Deputy District Mayor of Yangpu and President of the Administration Institute of Yangpu District.
