Ni Bing, male, born in March 1975, Han nationality, native of Linying, Henan Province, CPC member. He began to work in July 1997. He has received the degree of Master of Laws. Currently, he serves as Member of the Standing Committee of Yangpu District, Executive Deputy District Mayor of Yangpu, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Yangpu District Government.
