Zhou Haiying, male, born in October 1971, Han nationality, native of Huai’an, Jiangsu Province, CPC member. He began to work in July 1992. He is an engineer with the Master of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as Deputy Secretary of Yangpu District Committee and District Mayor of Yangpu.
