Xue listened carefully to an introduction to the establishment, overall planning and functional layout of the center, visited its public activity areas, shared livestreaming rooms, roadshow areas, shared meeting rooms and other places, and exchanged ideas with representative companies in digital marketing and AI based in the center. He inquired about the development status of the companies and their experiences with office facilities and the regional business environment, requiring that relevant departments should strengthen support and guidance for the center, tailor services for digital economy companies and support them in growing stronger and bigger.

The DPark Sino-European Economic, Trade and Culture Communication Center, established by Shanghai Duarte Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. in 2023, aims to promote exchanges and cooperation between Shanghai, Yangpu and European countries in fields such as economy, trade, culture and science and education, and to build a network for Sino-European economic and trade cultural exchanges.

Being shown around the center's working environment, Xue inquired about the various events organized since its establishment, its achievements and its vision for the future. Via video link, he had a remote conversation with Antonio Duarte, Founder and Chairman of the DPark Sino-European Economic, Trade and Culture Communication Center, and a recipient of the Magnolia Gold Award and the "Honorary Citizen of Shanghai" title. They engaged in an in-depth communication on deepening Sino-French cultural exchanges and promoting project cooperation between the two sides. He acknowledged Mr. Duarte's significant contributions to the economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation between Yangpu and European countries over the years. The establishment of the center symbolizes the deep friendship between the two sides. As this year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and France, he hoped that the center will further leverage Mr. Duarte's influence in Europe, especially in France, to build an efficient and diverse international platform, thereby promoting interactive exchanges between Yangpu and European countries in the fields of economy, trade, culture and science and education, and jointly elevating Sino-European economic, trade and cultural exchanges to new heights and greater depths.
