The strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony among Shanghai Chengtou, STI and Tishman Speyer was held on the morning of May 14. Present were Zhou Haiying, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Yangpu District Committee and Head of Yangpu District; Rob Speyer, CEO of Tishman Speyer; He Gangqiang, Vice President of Shanghai Chengtou Group Corporation; Ni Bing, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yangpu District Committee and Executive Deputy Head of Yangpu District; and Xu Jianhua, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yangpu District Committee and Deputy Head of Yangpu District.

In the presence of the leaders and corporate representatives, the three sides signed the strategic cooperation agreement.

Zhou expressed his gratitude for the positive contributions of Tishman Speyer and Shanghai Chengtou to the economic and social development of Yangpu. Over the years, Yangpu has maintained close cooperation with the companies, and the signing of this agreement marks a new level of cooperation among the three parties, he said, hoping that Yangpu would further deepen exchanges with Tishman Speyer and Shanghai Chengtou, strengthen cooperation with them in urban renewal, the digital economy and other fields, in a joint bid to speed up and empower high-quality development. Yangpu will continuously improve the business environment to promote the better development of various companies.

Rob Speyer thanked Shanghai Chengtou and Yangpu for their permanent trust and support. Tishman Speyer has developed in Yangpu for years, and deepening the strategic partnership with Shanghai Chengtou and STI will inject new momentum for the development of the companies and the district, he said.
