Bi Yue from Shanghai Riying Law Firm took her photograph at Yangpu Riverside with the modern architectural complex as a backdrop and the lush Riying Garden as a foreground, seamlessly blending the urban jungle with the natural landscape. The quaint pavilion and the towering skyscraper complement each other, reflecting Yangpu residents' emphasis on living environment and symbolizing the district's effective preservation of historical culture amid urban innovation and development.

After capturing the photo, Bi felt that the people's city concept has been well implemented at Yangpu Riverside. Shanghai Riying Law Firm, where she works, has also been honored as a grassroots legal observatory point in Yangpu. From this vantage point, the firm will actively engage in optimizing the business environment and community legal governance, aiding in the development of the "Legal Riverside" brand, and contributing to the well-being of Yangpu's residents and the development of the law-based society.

Yu Guanghui from Shanghai Rongzhijie Law Firm secured a temporary second place with 2,419 votes for his two works. The subjects of his photographs are the exterior and interior views of the Yangpu Public Legal Service Center. The key to their popularity is the evolving narrative of public legal services in Yangpu.

The photo was taken at the legal aid center, a hub providing legal assistance for specific cases to vulnerable groups and offering professional, complimentary legal consultation services to residents. As public awareness of rights protection continues to grow, Yangpu established a non-litigation dispute resolution center in 2019. Subsequently, the Yangpu People's Mediation Center and the Yangpu People's Medical Dispute Commission also moved into this center. The evolution from the legal aid center to the public legal service center sows Yangpu's commitment to offering diverse legal services to the public, reflecting the progress of socialist legal system construction.
