一、电子营业执照软件安装 Installation of the Electronic Business License Software
使用电子营业执照首先需要在微信或者支付宝安装电子营业执照小程序软件，或者安装上海“随申办市民云”APP。
To use the electronic business license, you will need to firstly install the Mini Programs for Electronic Business License on WeChat or Alipay,or install Suishenban APP.
1.1 微信小程序 WeChat Mini Programs
方法一：用微信扫“电子营业执照”微信小程序码。
Option One: Scan the code of WeChat Mini Programs for“Electronic Business License” by using the WeChat.

打开微信，主页里找到“发现”。
Open WeChat and find “Discover” in the homepage.
在“发现”最下方点开“小程序”（图1）。

在“小程序”里搜索中输入“dzyyzz”进行查找。（图2）

1.2 支付宝小程序 Alipay Mini Programs
方法一：用支付宝扫“电子营业执照支付宝小程序”二维码。
Option One: Scan the QR Code of “Alipay Mini Programs for Electronic Business License” by using the Alipay.
方法二：在支付宝中搜索“dzyyzz”支付宝小程序。安装步骤：
Option Two: Search Alipay Mini Programs of “dzyyzz” in the Alipay. Installation steps are as follows:
打开支付宝，主页里找到“朋友”。
Open Alipay and find “Friends” in the homepage.
在“朋友”最上方点开“小程序”（图1）。

在“发现”里查找中输入“dzyyzz”进行查找。（图2）

1.3 “随申办市民云”APP Suishenban APP
在上海市政府门户(https://www.shanghai.gov.cn/)或各手机应用市场APP搜索“随申办市民云”下载。
Search and download Suishenban APP in the portal page of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government (https://www.shanghai.gov.cn/) or Mobile Application Market.
二、电子营业执照下载 Download of the Electronic Business License
首次下载电子营业执照必须由市场主体法定代表人本人下载。
The Electronic Business License must be downloaded by the legal representative for the first time.
只有通过实名认证才可以下载电子营业执照；如果实名认证不通过，需要到经营主体注册管辖的市场监督部门扫码下载电子营业执照。
The legal representative can download the Electronic Business License only after passing the real-name authentication. Otherwise, the legal representative need to go to the market supervision department under the jurisdiction of which the Legal entity is registered to scan the code to download the Electronic Business License.
说明：经营主体的法定代表人或相关负责人如果是港澳台或外籍人员，请到经营主体注册管辖的市场监督部门，扫码下载电子营业执照。
Note: If the legal representative or the person in charge of the legal entity is from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or other countries or regions, please go to the market supervision department under the jurisdiction of which the Legal entity is registered and scan the code to download the Electronic Business License.
首次下载后，法定代表人可以授权证照管理员或办事人下载。
After obtaining the Electronic Business License, the legal representative may authorize the the other person to manage and download the license.
2.1 通过实名认证下载电子营业执照 Download the Electronic Business License by passing the real-name authentication
第一步：进行实名认证。
Step one: Pass the real-name authentication
1) 微信实名认证
Pass the real-name authentication in Wechat APP
首先输入微信支付密码，获取用户实名信息。
Enter the WeChat payment password to get the user's real name information.
进行人脸识别，完成实名认证。
Collect face information to pass the real-name authentication.
2)支付宝实名认证
Pass the real-name authentication in Alipay APP
首先，授权获取支付宝中用户的实名信息，然后采集人脸信息进行实名认证。
Authorize Alipay APP to get the real name information and collect face information to pass the real-name authentication.
3)随申办实名认证
Pass the real-name authentication in Suishenban APP
采集人脸信息进行实名认证。
Authorize Suishenban APP to collect face information to pass the real-name authentication.
第二步：下载电子营业执照 Step two: Download the Electronic Business License
通过人脸识别后，选择市场主体所在的登记地，然后选择市场主体名称就可以下载电子营业执照，并修改执照密码（初始密码是123456）。
Select the city where the Legal entity registered after passing the real-name authentication, and choose the name of the Legal entity to download the Electronic Business License. The password may be changed after entering (The initial password is 123456).
2.2 电子营业执照扫码下载 Downloading the Electronic Business License by Scanning QR Code
法定代表人“登录邮箱”，打开“收件箱”即可查收电子营业执照邮箱下载链接。
The legal representative mayreceive the downloading link of the Electronic Business License by “logging into the Email” and open the “inbox”.

点击用户电子邮箱中的“远程下载手机版电子营业执照下载链接”，进入下载验证界面，输入统一社会信用代码和登记时向登记机关提交的法定代表人证件号码，点击“信息验证”按钮。
Click the “downloading link to remotely download the mobile version of the Electronic Business License” in the user’s email, enter the downloading verification page, enter the Unified Social Credit Code and the ID number of the legal representative which are submitted to the registration authority at the time of the registration, and click the button of “information verification”.

信息验证正确，进入电子执照下载二维码页面。
Information verification shows correct and enter the page of the QR code of downloading the Electronic Business License.

法定代表人使用电子营业执照软件（电子营业执照微信小程序（建议优先使用）、电子营业执照支付宝小程序、随申办APP）的“扫一扫”扫描电子营业执照下载二维码，输入法定代表人的姓名、证件号码和手机号码。
The legal representative mayuse the “scan” function in the software of the Electronic Business License (WeChat Mini Programs (most recommended)/Alipay Mini Programs for Electronic Business License and Suishenban APP) to scan the QR code of downloading Electronic Business License and enter the name, ID number and mobile phone number of the legal representative.

确认以上市场主体信息无误后，阅读并同意《执照下载声明》，点击“下载”进行下载执照。执照下载成功后展示执照图片，初始密码为123456。
After confirming the above information of the legal entity is correct, read and consent the Statement of Downloading License, and click “download” to download the license. The picture of the license will show up after downloading the license successfully, and the initial password is 123456.

法人用户可选择“返回首页”进行其他业务操作，或者选择“修改密码”，输入初始密码123456，和新执照密码，点击“确认”进行修改。
Legal entity users may choose “back to first page” for other business operations or choose “change the password” to enter the initial password 123456 and the new password for the license and click “confirm” to change.
