The latest additions to Yangpu's roster of affordable rental properties include three new locations. Let's take a look!

Urban camping accessible at COZI East Bund

COZI East Bund is a new affordable rental housing project in Yangpu, located at 18 Huangxing Road, just 100 meters from Ningguo Road Station on Subway Line 12, with a total of 370 housing units available.

After a visit, we found that the public spaces here are well-equipped, featuring not only camping areas, gyms and basketball courts, but also public kitchens and meeting rooms for free use by young people.

In terms of housing options, the project offers four layouts: Layout One (Cozy Studio), ranging from 25-27㎡; Layout Two (Premium Studio A), at 36㎡; Layout Three (Premium Studio B), at 32㎡; and Layout Four (Luxury Studio), at 45㎡. According to a staff member, each apartment comes standard with customer-made furniture and provides over 12m³of storage space. They also offer mattresses, sofas, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators and other home appliances.

Heguang Residence redefines the era of renting

Heguang Residence, an affordable housing project, aims to create an entirely new lifestyle, focusing on delivering more considerate care for those bustling in the urban landscape and fostering a community with warmth.
