Notification Regarding the Application for the Recognition and Support of High-Technology Enterprises in Yangpu District for 2024

To all relevant entities:

In accordance with the "Yangpu District High-Technology Enterprise Support Measures" (Yang Ke Gui [2021] No. 2) document requirements, the following details are notified regarding the application for the recognition and support of high-technology enterprises in Yangpu District for 2024:

I. Application Entities

1. High-technology enterprises that were first recognized in 2023, with registration locations outside the Zhangjiang Yangpu Park scope.

2. High-technology enterprises that moved into the district in 2023 and are still within the validity period, with both registration and tax locations in Yangpu District, and moved between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023. High-technology enterprises that moved in 2023 and were re-recognized in the same year will follow the principle of not repeating the benefits based on the highest level attained. Newly moved high-technology enterprises must complete the district migration on the "GOVERNMENT ONLINE-OFFLINE SHANGHAI" platform.

3. High-technology enterprises that were re-recognized in 2023, with both registration and tax locations in Yangpu District.

4. Enterprises must have no adverse credit records.

II. Support Standards

1. A one-time subsidy of RMB 200,000 for high-technology enterprises that were first recognized in 2023;

2. A one-time subsidy of RMB 100,000 for high-technology enterprises that newly moved into Yangpu District and are still within the validity period in 2023;

3. A subsidy of RMB 50,000 for high-technology enterprises that were re-recognized in 2023.

III. Application Materials

1. Yangpu District High-Technology Enterprise Recognition Support Application Form (Attachment 1);

2. Photocopies of the enterprise’s business license, tax registration certificate, or “three-in-one” business license (copy);

3. Photocopy of the high-technology enterprise certificate;

4. Newly moved high-technology enterprises in the district need to provide industrial and commercial certification materials related to the change of registration address.

All above materials must be stamped with the seal of the applying entity, in duplicate.

IV. Application Method

1. Centralized submission

Applying entities should deliver the application materials to the registration location management entity (Attachment 2), which will issue a stamped "Recommendation List Gathering Form" (Attachment 3) in duplicate, along with one electronic version of the gathering form, and submit them collectively to Room 405, Building 2, No. 627 Jiangpu Road, Yangpu District.

2. Self-submission

Applying entities (enterprises without a designated registration management entity) should deliver the application materials directly to Room 405, Building 2, No. 627 Jiangpu Road, Yangpu District.
