To enhance the efficiency of patent conversion and accelerate the transformation of innovation achievements into real productive force, the Yangpu District Intellectual Property Office, in collaboration with the district reform office, officially launched the "Yangpu Patent Supermarket" on the "Suishenban" Yangpu flagship store on March 6. This initiative not only provides more convenient intellectual property services to the public but also makes the "Yangpu Patent Supermarket" the first city-wide to debut in a district-level flagship store.

In April 2023, the "Yangpu Patent Supermarket" was officially established at the Yangpu District Intellectual Property Public Service Center. The "Patent Supermarket" is a patent technology circulation channel jointly built by the Yangpu District Intellectual Property Office and the Shanghai High-Tech Intellectual Property Data Intelligence Center, leveraging the core business advantages of registration, custody, trading, and settlement of the Shanghai Technology Exchange. It aggregates a vast array of patent open license information published by universities, institutes, and enterprises. By simply tapping on the "Yangpu Patent Supermarket" on your smartphone screen, you can browse through patents "commodities" from major universities, research institutes, and enterprises. These patents not only display their basic information in detail but also provide a quality evaluation including market popularity, offering convenient online connection services for enterprises and academic institutions. This enables the swift transmission and efficient matching of intellectual property information. Since its inauguration, the "Yangpu Patent Supermarket" has successfully facilitated five online transactions.

Moving forward, the Yangpu District Intellectual Property Office will continue to enhance innovation and introduce new initiatives, constantly exploring new avenues for the end-of-chain transfer of intellectual property rights.
