Recently, the Eighth Tour Steering Group for Party History Learning and Education of the Municipal Party Committee and the Third Tour Steering Group for Party History Learning and Education of the District Party Committee visited Changbai Xincun Sub-district to provide guidance. Wu Wanli, deputy head of the Eighth Tour Steering Group, Liu Dongchang, member of the Standing Committee of Yangpu District Party Committee and director of Yangpu Publicity Department, Zhang Li, deputy director of the Publicity Department, Zhu Chunjing, head of the Third Tour Steering Group, and Tan Jianzhong, deputy head of the Third Tour Steering Group, attended the tour.

Zhu Chunjing presided over the special briefing on tour guidance. At the meeting, Sun Hui, secretary of the Sub-district Party Working Committee and director of the NPC Working Committee, made a special report. Huang Chunyi, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the office, and more than 50 people attended the meeting, including all team members, heads of departments, Party branch secretaries in residential areas, representatives of Party organization secretaries of the "two new" organizations (new economic organizations and new social organizations), and representatives of community Party members. 

Wu Wanli highly affirmed the staged achievements in carrying out Party history study and education in Changbai Xincun, and said that Changbai Xincun has completed the prescribed actions and optional actions. Adhere to the combination of study and research, and work hard to understand and study deeply the content

Taking studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on July 1 as a major political task and top priority at present and in the future, deeply understand the historic achievements in building a well-off society in an all-round way; deeply understand the glorious course and great achievements of the Party in uniting and leading the people in unremitting struggle; deeply understand the connotation and value of the great Party building spirit; deeply understand the fundamental requirements of taking history as a mirror and creating the future; deeply understand the great call issued by General Secretary Xi Jinping on behalf of the CPC Central Committee, design study topics in a targeted manner, guide Party members and cadres to study deeply intensively, organize high-quality special seminars and high-quality publicity activities.

Adhere to classified guidance to define responsibilities

Combine with the actual situation to implement the organization, guidance and inspection of Party organizations in street organs, residential areas, enterprises and institutions in the jurisdiction to carry out Party history study and education. According to the requirements of tour guidance at the city and district levels, strengthen classified guidance and precise guidance according to the characteristics of different levels, different types and different objects, and strive to innovate targeted and effective experiences and practices.

Work hard on demonstration and guidance by typical models

Give full play to the fine traditions of the Party, talk about stories around us, focus on the changes that have taken place around the residents, and publicize the great achievements of the Party. Build a communication platform for grass-roots Party history study and education, and encourage grass-roots Party organizations to exchange experiences, share practices and brainstorm.

Adhere to create an atmosphere for the main theme

Dig deep into the red landmarks, typical figures, advanced deeds, etc. within the jurisdiction, carry out multi-faceted publicity and education online and offline through various positions, and guide the Party members and the masses to learn the history of the Party, refine their thoughts, keep their initial intentions and undertake their mission, so as to set off a good atmosphere for the main theme in the communities.

Adhere to the effect orientation and work hard to achieve practical results

Combine the study and education of Party history with General Secretary Xi Jinping's requirements for Shanghai, the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Yangpu District, and the core work of Changbai Xincun; make the work concrete, project-oriented and inventory-oriented; implement work items one by one, adhere to strict standards, refrain from formalism, and earnestly do practical things for the masses and break new ground for communities.

Zhu Chunjing pointed out that the Party history study and education of Changbai Xincun has highlighted the characteristics of the sub-district in stimulating educational enthusiasm, expanding the educational platform, building the educational base and respond to the expectations of the masses, and all the work has been promoted in an orderly manner.

He pointed out that it is necessary to accurately grasp the core essence. Seriously study and practice, grasp the rich connotation, further enhance the ideological consciousness and action consciousness of carrying forward the great Party building spirit and firmly practicing the "nine musts"; and conscientiously implement the task requirements. Combine with the actual situation for effective implementation. For the upcoming special organization life meeting, Party members and leading cadres should conscientiously implement the "dual organization life system" and take the lead in opening a special organization life meeting. Constantly explore the working mechanism. Combine the study and education of Party history with the study and implementation of the spirit of Xi Jinping's important speech on inspecting Shanghai, with the celebration of the centenary of the Party, and with the study and education of the "Four Histories" (history of the Party, history of new China, history of reform and opening-up, and history of socialist development), so as to solidify good practices that can be promoted and used for reference. Create a brand of Party history study and education, and strive to achieve learning results. Carry out the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses" throughout, deepen the mechanism of Party members and leading cadres' normal contact with residential areas and enterprise contact points, and effectively improve the satisfaction and sense of gain of the masses and Party members with tangible work results.

Before the meeting, the two groups respectively conducted investigations on the residential areas of Lane 121, Kongjiang Road and Changbai New Town, and made on-the-spot investigations on the highlights of the sub-district Party Working Committees' study and education of Party history.

Subsequently, the two groups held a symposium for grass-roots representatives, and checked relevant work records on Party history study and education of the Sub-district Party Working Committee.
