1. Visit Party Building Four-History Corridor and Hear Stories about Rural Development

Jiaxiuli is the place where Mao Zedong lived with her wife Yang Kaihui after he came to Shanghai in 1924. It is also the place where Mao lived for the longest time. 10. Hongkou – Red Cradle of Revolutionary Literature

The Historical and Cultural Zone on Shanyin Road include Duolun Road, Shanyin Road, Tianai Road and the surrounding residential buildings which are mixed with Shikumen Lane and garden houses in Shanghai back in the 1930s and 1940s, looking like an "open-air museum" of Shanghai-style residential buildings. For more than a century, Shanghai has gone through the vicissitudes from the sand boat castle when it opened its port to the foreign market in the 1930s, and to its formation as a modern city. Duolun Road and its surrounding areas, in some sense, serve as a historical imprint and cultural epitome, which can be described as "a reflection of the city in the past one hundred years". Duolun Road plays an important role in the history of modern Chinese culture. A large number of cultural celebrities, such as Lu Xun, Guo Moruo, Mao Dun and Ye Shengtao, endowed the city with the historical position as an "important town of modern literature". In particular, founded under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the League of Leftist Writers initiated a new great cause of Chinese revolutionary literature, marking the formation and implementation of the Party's cultural strategy, which was regarded as an important innovation and breakthrough in the history of the Party.
