On June 9, Yangpu District New Social Stratum Association visited the revolutionary site in Nanhu Lake, Jiaxing to relive the Red memory and learn from the Red Boat spirit. Later, it also visited and studied the advanced experience of the Institute of Flexible Electronics Technology of Tsinghua, Zhejiang in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and in co-cultivating innovative enterprises, and had an exchange meeting with Jiaxing Nanhu New Social Stratum Association. More than 20 people attended the meeting, including Zhang Yunhua, vice chairman of Jiaxing Nanhu Federation of Industry and Commerce, Xu Ding, president of Jiaxing Nanhu New Social Stratum Association, Fan Qinbin, vice president of Jiaxing Nanhu New Social Stratum Association, Wang Fang, president of Yangpu District New Social Stratum Association, Xu Weihuang, vice president of Yangpu District New Social Stratum Association, and Wang Bo, secretary general of Yangpu District New Social Stratum Association.

At the Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall, the guests visited the Red Boat Spirit Exhibition Hall. Through the rich texts and pictures, historical relics and video materials, they reviewed the long and arduous fighting course of the Chinese Communist Party leading the people of all ethnic groups in the country to carry out revolution, construction and reform and opening-up, and comprehensively and systematically studied the Red Boat spirit. At the same time, they also gained a deep understanding of the pioneering spirit of the Chinese Communist Party as well as  its perseverance, determination, selflessness, loyalty and dedication to the people’s cause.

At the Institute of Flexible Electronics Technology of Tsinghua, Zhejiang, the guests visited the Flexible Electronics Technology Exhibition Center and Jiaxing Science and Technology City Exhibition Hall - Smart Cube, and gained a deep understanding of key projects such as the transformation of technological research achievements of flexible electronics technology and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as the construction of innovation carriers of Jiaxing Science and Technology City.

During the exchange meeting, Yangpu District New Social Stratum Association and Jiaxing Nanhu New Social Stratum Association jointly proposed to thoroughly study and implement the national strategy of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, fully rely on the New Stratum Alliance of the Yangtze River Delta Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base, and give full play to their respective advantages to create greater space and opportunities for deepening cooperation and exchange between the new strata in Yangpu and Jiaxing. In the next step, the two associations will further strengthen exchanges and interactions as well as industry docking so as to make new contributions to the higher-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.

Established in 2018, the New Stratum Alliance of the Yangtze River Delta Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base is the first platform to connect people from new social strata in the Yangtze River Delta region, which brings together new social stratum organizations in the national innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration bases in the "three provinces and one municipality" in the region. In recent years, focusing on the innovation-driven development strategy and the goal of high-quality development and relying on the advantages of abundant talent resources and aggregation of international and domestic innovation resources in each demonstration base, the exchanges among alliance members have been strengthened, and the role of new social strata has been brought into full play to help build a collaborative innovation community in the Yangtze River Delta region, share innovation and entrepreneurship resources and jointly build an innovation and entrepreneurship platform.
