Xinjiang Wancheng Sub-district Brings Heartfelt Service to the Public on One Net for All 丨Yangpu Voice of Online Government Service ㉙ December 15,2023
2023 is the 5th anniversary for Shanghai to carry out the One Net for All government service reform. The Yangpu District One Net for All special team, together with the Publicity Department of the CPC Yangpu District Committee and the District Integrated Media Center, jointly launched a series of reports on the 5th anniversary of the One Net for All in Yangpu, focusing on the reform of our district’s service processing channels and presenting the convenience brought by the One Net for All reform.
The Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center of Xinjiang Wancheng Sub-district in Yangpu District continues to optimize the pre service notification and post service follow-up of One Net for All, changing the perspective to think of the people and effectively leveraging the digital advantages of One Net for All. By effectively combining online and offline methods, we aim to ensure the progress and reform effectiveness of the One Net for All initiative, and strive to shift from At Most One Travel to No Travel at All, providing smarter and more efficient government services for enterprises and the public.
Fast pace of government services, further acceleration of public affairs
The Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center of Xinjiang Wancheng Street regularly conducts comprehensive business training and window simulation acceptance for all staff. For matters with strong timeliness, business backbone training is conducted and individual assessments are conducted. At the same time, problems encountered during the handling process are promptly communicated and resolved.
Recently, Ms. Wang applied for the replacement of her medical record book on the "Suishenban" Citizen Cloud at 9 pm. The service point of Xinjiangwan City successfully accepted the registration and arranged for logistics delivery the next morning. Ms. Wang received a brand new medical record book when she finished work at 6 pm and arrived home. The efficient and convenient service experience surprised her a lot.
Drones show off their skills, smart services come up with new tricks
Government services not only pursue efficiency, but also require precision. The First Neighborhood Committee of Zhengli Road is one of the residential areas far from the Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center of Xinjiang Wancheng Sub-district. The surrounding public transportation is not yet perfect, and there are many vulnerable groups such as elderly, disabled, and difficult to live people in the residential area. The daily commuting distance for residents is nearly 8 kilometers.
In response to the difficulties and needs of this special group of people, the center has launched a drone one-machine delivery service with the One Net for All reform as the starting point. Based on technologies such as drone remote positioning, remote delivery, and high-altitude throwing, we enable machines to run more and residents to run less. At the same time, drones were used to install "speakers" for the promotion of One Net for All. In order to further promote One Net for All services for businesses, the center arranged drones to enter major parks for promotion, effectively improving the awareness of One Net for All. Currently, some enterprises have submitted social security subsidy applications through One Net for All.
Remote virtual window optimization service, data running to improve efficiency
The Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center of Xinjiang Wancheng Sub-district not only provides innovative services, but also continuously solidifies service quality and implements a one-stop applicant tracking and follow-up service. For residents who apply for services on the One Net for All platform, after the completion of the application, the center staff will conduct a telephone follow-up to inform them of the specific progress and situation of the application. For residents who do not pass the application, the regulations and policies will be further explained to gain their understanding and ensure the "last mile" of service guarantee.
At the same time, the Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center of Xinjiang Wancheng Sub-district actively promotes remote virtual window services, allowing residents to handle matters and consult nearby without the need to go to the acceptance center. Since January this year, the center has accepted and completed more than 8,300 One Net for All services, accounting for 35% of the total business volume. This model has greatly improved the residents' sense of experience and satisfaction in handling affairs, and solved the problem of multiple trips for residents due to lack of materials.
For the past five years, Yangpu District has always adhered to the reform concept of “people’s city for the people”, and has always regarded the expectations of the business and the public as the goal and direction of the One Net for All reform. In the future, Yangpu will not forget its original intention, guided by the needs of corporate users, and continue to deepen the One Net for All reform. In this enthusiastic land, digital government services will benefit thousands of households.
