When the Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center of Kongjiang Road Sub-district carried out a series of promotional activities for One Net for All in the community, on-site guidance was provided to residents to handle the separation of people and households through the Shanghai Mobile Service Citizen Cloud. Since September 2020, the retirement of enterprise employees has been officially launched and operated on the One Net for All platform. The Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center of Kongjiang Road Sub-district has actively promoted this service to community residents.

It is reported that residents who have reached the statutory retirement age or meet the conditions for early retirement only need to apply once to jointly handle retirement related matters, including “basic pension application”, “basic medical insurance retirement benefits verification”, “one-time family planning reward for the elderly”, “housing provident fund withdrawal”, and “retirement hospitalization guarantee plan participation”. Replacing “multi-window processing” with “one thing” and sharing data allows for more information to travel and fewer people to travel, greatly shortening the time for people to handle affairs.
