2023 is the 5thanniversary for Shanghai to carry out the One Net for All government service reform. The Yangpu District One Net for All special team, together with the Publicity Department of the CPC Yangpu District Committee and the District Integrated Media Center, jointly launched a series of reports on the 5thanniversary of the One Net for All in Yangpu, focusing on the reform of our district’s service processing channels and presenting the convenience brought by the One Net for All reform.

Since the One Net for All government service was adopted, the Yanji New Village Sub-district Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center has always followed the service tenet of efficiency and convenience. With the continuous improvement of the convenience of business acceptance and the high efficiency, it has been unanimously recognized by the public. Whether it’s the praise for the 12345 work order or the thank-you banner, they are all affirmations of the center’s progress over the years.

In the future, the Yanji New Village Sub-district Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center will continue to do a good job in the “last mile” of service guarantee, adhering to “easy to handle”, “fast to handle”, and “intelligent to handle”, truly realizing data empowerment, allowing more data transmission and fewer people’s travels.

The One Net for All Self-service Terminal Ensures Quicker Service

In 2019, the One Net for All self-service terminal successfully settled in the Yanji New Village Sub-district Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center. The self-service terminal can be divided into consultation, processing, and data processing, supporting functions such as facial recognition and application codes. It integrates 114 service items from multiple departments such as archives, human resources and social security, and medical insurance, including “medical insurance personal information query” and “personal provident fund account information query” multiple high-frequency matters related to public affairs, such as personal urban basic pension insurance payment status, credit report inquiry, resident ID card, and household registration book inquiry and printing.

It is reported that in 2019, the One Net for All self-service terminal accumulated more than 500 transactions in a year. As of 2023, the annual transaction volume has reached more than 4,800, and the business usage has doubled eight times. The entry of the One Net for All self-service terminal greatly reduces the waiting time for window business processing and improves the efficiency of residents in handling services.

The 24-hour Self-service Zone Is Very Convenient without Closing Hours

The Yanji New Village Sub-district Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center, which has been upgraded and returned this year, has added our district’s first 24-hour government service area outside the acceptance center, aiming to break free from the constraints of time and facilitate more white-collar workers to handle service after work. The 24-hour self-service area after renovation has added many warm tips and operation guides, making it convenient for the public to quickly understand the use of the One Net for All self-service terminal and smart file cabinet.

Recently, Ms. Yang, a resident of Yanji Community, went to the lobby after work to handle the replacement of medical record books. However, at that time, the lobby had already completed the process and was preparing to close. The staff saw Ms. Yang, who was anxious, and guided her into the 24-hour self-service zone. They also guided her to complete the process through the One Net for All self-service terminal. Ms. Zhao praised the warm service provided by the Yanji New Village Sub-district Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center. “I thought I would make a trip for nothing today, but I didn’t expect to receive a new booklet and the processing was very fast. It’s really convenient!”

It’s Easy to Apply for Maternity Insurance Benefits without Going out

With the optimization and reform of One Net for All, more and more businesses are being completed without leaving their homes. Recently, Ms. Qian, who had just given birth, accompanied her mother to the Yanji New Village Sub-district Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center to inquire about the relevant materials needed to apply for maternity insurance benefits. The staff warmly received and informed them that they can now apply through “Shanghai Mobile Service” Citizen Cloud applied for this service online and guided Ms. Qian to complete the material submission on her mobile phone. “I just gave birth and my body is relatively weak, making it inconvenient to run back and forth. It’s really great to be able to handle it online now!”

The Yanji New Village Sub-district Acceptance Center has conducted multiple business training sessions, requiring every employee at the window to be proficient in the One Net for All related business processing, and to provide reasonable opinions and suggestions to residents in a timely manner, reducing the trouble of commuting and effectively improving the experience of residents in handling service.

For the past five years, Yangpu District has always adhered to the reform concept of “people’s city for the people”, and has always regarded the expectations of the business and the public as the goal and direction of the One Net for All reform. The next issue will bring the results of the Kongjiang Road Sub-district in Yangpu District. Let’s have a more detailed understanding of the changes in government services in Yangpu.
