Online, Immediate and One-for-All Service Handing! Daqiao Sub-district Breaks the Last Mile of Serving the People 丨Yangpu Voice of Online Government Service ⑳ November 27,2023

For the past five years, the Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center of Daqiao Sub-district in Yangpu District has focused on the “pain points” of businesses and the public, such as the complexity of handling service, multiple materials, certificates, procedures, and travels. Guided by the experience of residents, the center aims to connect the “last mile” of convenient services, with the aim of “grassroots love and public benefit”. Through process re-engineering and the integration of online and offline service, it truly achieves “fewer travels, good handling of service, and no trouble-making”.

Repairing Public Credit Information at One Go to Make Service Processing More Convenient

By promoting legal education in the community, the Daqiao Sub-district Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center vigorously promotes the restoration of public credit information among residents. In the past, those who were subject to administrative penalties needed to bring their ID document and payment information to the local urban management administrative law enforcement bureau to submit a credit repair application after paying the fine, which was a complex and cumbersome process.

After the launch of the Online Shanghai Service, natural persons and corporate legal entities in this city who have been subject to administrative penalties by urban management law enforcement departments can fill out and submit materials in one go on the Mobile Shanghai Service applet according to requirements for dishonesty information in administrative penalties, and can submit repair applications online. This greatly improves processing efficiency and saves time for businesses and public service.

One Net for All Self-service Terminal Makes Convenient Service More Considerate

The Daqiao Sub-district Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center actively responds to the call for the deepening development of the One Net for All, collaborates with multiple parties and goes deep into the park. A One Net for All self-service terminal has been set up on the first floor of the Tongyuehui Daqiao Citizen Center at 237 Hejian Road. After the terminal was officially launched on September 1, 2023, it was used more than 100 times in just six working days, greatly facilitating surrounding residents and park staff.

Two Exemptions from Submission Further Speeds up Public Service

At the beginning of the launch of Two Exemptions from Submission in September 2021, the usage rate of Two Exemptions from Submission in the Daqiao Sub-district Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center was relatively low. In order to improve the utilization rate and effectively bring convenience to residents, Daqiao Sub-district conducts two self inspections every day to promptly detect unused situations and provide reminders. At the same time, a front-end and back-end linkage mechanism is established. For businesses that require paper materials to be collected, priority is given to obtaining “electronic certificates”.

Since then, the community affairs acceptance service center of Daqiao Sub-district has maintained a high level of utilization in the “two exemptions” system. While keeping up with the pace of the One Net for All reform, it ensures that residents can receive better and more convenient service.

For the past five years, Yangpu District has always adhered to the reform concept of “people’s city for the people”, and has always regarded the expectations of the business and the public as the goal and direction of the One Net for All reform. The next issue will bring the results of the Pingliang Sub-district in Yangpu District. Let’s have a more detailed understanding of the changes in government services in Yangpu.
